Delivery & Returns

1. Delivery

 

 If you place your order before 11.30 am, we will dispatch same-day - for delivery next-day.

The delivery charges are £7.50-8.50 for 1 case (up to 10kg), £14-15 for 2 cases (up to 20kg) and £19-21 for 3 cases up to 30kg. The shipping for the mixed cases are slightly higher as they include 'Pick & Pack' costs - however, they're a great way to work out which of our cases is your favourite.

For UK Mainland delivery we use DPD and their 'carbon neutral service'. Read more about it here.

We currently only ship to the UK mainland. However if you need some Wildpress outside the UK, we'd love to know! Drop us an email.

 

2. Returns

Wildpress products can be returned within 30 days if you are not satisfied for whatever reason.

If a press is not to your taste, we'd really like you to find one that you do like and can offer you a refund credit to our store so you can try something else.

3. Breakages

We have taken every precaution to ensure our presses make it to you intact and in good health. However, as our bottles are made of glass, breakages can happen.

If this is the case drop us an email and we’ll replace whatever is broken.
