Late Season Bramley

Everyone and their nan has heard of the Bramley. Classic English, super-sharp, good for crumbles *Snore*.

We left these cartoon-green, hulking great apples on the branch at Charlton Orchards till the end of the season. This gave them time to naturally sweeten before pressing and the result is incredible!

Sharp like a margarita - serve ice cold.
