For this press we blended apples from the biodynamic Shire Farm and the recently restored Boston Market Garden orchard in Lincolnshire. It features lesser-known varieties such as James Grieve, May Queen, D’Arcy Spice & Ellison’s Orange.

This press is full of attitude and lightly clouded with a ‘citrus-tang’.
